Perri Zilberman Wins National Young Astronomers Award

Perri Zilberman, an Advanced Science Research senior at Kennedy High School, has been named the first-place winner of the National Young Astronomers Award for his research on the exoplanets called “Hot Jupiters.”  

As a first-place winner, Zilberman is invited to an awards ceremony to be held at the 2017 North East Astronomer’s Forum in addition to receiving a telescope valued at $1,500.
