SEPTA
The Special Education Parent Teacher Association (SEPTA) addresses itself to the needs of children who require support services for learning. We cover the Kennedy HS, Mepham HS, Calhoun HS, Meadowbrook Alternative Program (MAP), Merrick MS, Grand MS. One PTA for "all" the schools. We are an advocate for OUR children. Our main objective is to promote awareness of special services (extra resource help) and education. We want to ensure all children receive an appropriate education.
