CALHOUN CHORAL PROGRAM: Mr. Sardo, Advisor
The Calhoun Choral Program (CCP) is the Bellmore/Merrick Central High School District's largest music program.
Students from the district join together to share their interest in performance, production, and theater. The students participate either on stage or behind the scenes in each of the five productions held during the course of the year. Another part of "On Tour" is the Thespian Society, an international honors program, which students may join after acquiring points toward membership.
Ms. W. Simson, Advisor
Meeting Day: Thursday, 2:30 to 3:30
Participants are chosen from the Calhoun On Tour program and paired as mentors for children in the Prep for Life Program. Express Yourself is a drama club that helps students improve socialization skills and is a form of drama therapy.
