From April 20-23, senior Christopher Luisiof Kennedy High School went toAlbuquerque, New Mexicoto compete in the60th National Junior Science and Humanities Symposium.
JSHS is a tri-service – U.S. Army, Navy and Air Force − program that encourages high school students to conduct original research in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.Christopher Luisi presented his research, “The Effect of Dietary Restriction” and earnedthird place in Biomedical Sciences and $4,000.
This is the first time that a student from Kennedy High School received this distinct honor.
