The Key Club at Kennedy High School installed a 9/11 memorial stone on Sept. 28 ahead of the school’s home football game.
Under the direction of advisors Jessica Chilton and Mary Theodorous, the club created a patriotic display around the flagpole located at the front of the school.
“The stones were donated by the Kennedy Key Club to honor alumni who served our country,” Chilton noted.
After the dedication, the Kennedy football team held their game to honor and fundraise for the Hope for the Warriors organization.
