Technology Sign-Up Forms
Due to success of the automated requisition system that was created last year, we will continue using the same eco-friendly and efficient system to help you better manage your space and technology needs.
You can view the resource availability and get to the requisition form from the links below:
With this system, we hope to be more efficient and give you the opportunity to see all resources that are available in a more user friendly format.
When looking at the calendar you will have the ability to see what resources and spaces are available in a weekly view and from the bottom of the calendar you will be able to toggle through the entire year.
The screen captured below represents the form that you will see upon going to the Library/Labs/Carts Requisition system. You will have a series of questions and check boxes to allow us to manage your request. The request will be honored on a first come, first serve basis as it will come time stamped to us.
Angela DeLise will receive the email request from the system and input it on the calendar according to the time stamp received. Please review the schedule as you no longer you will receive a reminder e-mail. If you are unable to keep your time slot please email or contact Angela or Paola to update the daily schedule.
You will be required to use this system for all Tech/Library scheduling needs. There will be no verbal request accepted. Thank you for cooperation.
