The Bellmore-Merrick Textbook Office will be open for book returns starting 5/19/25.
Please note the following:

• The Main Entrance to the Brookside building is along Meadowbrook Road near the flagpole along the main driveway.
• The book room is in the Curriculum Library on the 2nd floor; all visitors must check in with Security.
• The book room will be open Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 3:00 pm until 6/27 and from 7:30 am – 2pm after 6/30.
• Please schedule a drop off date/time by email pschroeder@bellmore-merrick.k12.ny.us or call 516-992-1016.
• The building will be closed on the following dates:  5/23, 5/26, 6/19 and 7/4.
• Any missing books must be replaced or paid for by the student/family.
• Payment must be made by check payable to the Bellmore-Merrick CHSD at time of book return.
• All books, including novels, are to be returned with the Bellmore-Merrick stamp inside each cover.  Any book without Bellmore-Merrick stamp or with a stamp from another school cannot be accepted.
• Used workbooks do not need to be returned.
