Five educators from Bellmore-Merrick have been recognized by the Harvard Club of Long Island. 

The Varsity Kickline teams from Sanford H. Calhoun, John F. Kennedy, and Wellington C. Mepham High Schools proudly represented the Bellmore-Merrick Central High School District.

Two standout wrestlers from Bellmore-Merrick - one from Mepham High School and one from Kennedy High School - captured Nassau County Championships in their respective weight classes.

Two seniors from Kennedy High School have earned honors in the annual Scholastic Art and Writing Awards.
