Calista Chen, a Mepham High School senior earned All America honors in the 100m backstroke with a time of :55.46, in addition to scholastic All America honors.  

The fastest 100 athletes with submitted and accepted times in each event earn this All-America distinction. 

Chen, a former member of the Central High School District’s Lady Sharks swim team, plans to continue her academic and athletic career at The United States Military Academy at West Point.
