Calhoun Announces Athletic Hall of Fame

Calhoun High School will celebrate a milestone in its athletic history this fall with the induction of its inaugural class into the Calhoun Athletic Hall of Fame.
The celebration will honor outstanding former Calhoun athletes and recognize their accomplishments both on the field and beyond.
The inaugural honorees will be celebrated during a special induction ceremony on Saturday, Oct. 3, at 1 p.m. in the courtyard across from the Calhoun gymnasium. Family members, friends, former teammates, coaches, staff, alumni, and members of the community are invited to join in recognizing this exceptional group of athletes and their lasting contributions to the Calhoun community.
As part of the celebration, the inaugural Hall of Fame class will also be featured on a permanent mural and wrap that will be installed outside the gymnasium. The mural will showcase the honorees and celebrate the rich tradition of Calhoun athletics, creating a lasting tribute to the athletes who helped shape the school's athletic legacy.
The weekend will continue during Calhoun's Homecoming celebration on Saturday afternoon. Following the induction ceremony, the Hall of Fame inductees will be recognized on the field at halftime, with each honoree walking out to the 50-yard line to be honored and applauded by fans and the Calhoun community.
