Mepham's ELITE Program (Enriching Learners in Tomorrow's Education) is a promise to the future to enrich and inspire students by providing after school enrichment opportunities designed to educate the whole student. The program encourages students to follow their passion and explore topics of genuine interest while developing the skills to be well rounded citizens and good thinkers for life after Mepham. We extend a special thank you to the Mepham Alumni Association for their financial support. Without their support, the ELITE Program would not be possible.
The following is a list of activities from which you may choose as many as your interests and your time allows. Please be sure that you can truly commit to your selections so that all students can be accommodated. To register, please click the Sign Up button on the left hand side of this webpage. All activities will be held from 2:15-3:15 p.m. unless otherwise noted.

No. The E.L.I.T.E. Program is done on a voluntary basis by both students and teachers.
The Mepham Alumni Association has offered to fund many of the activities as a proud sponsor of the Mepham E.L.I.T.E. Program. There are no costs for most of the activities; however the field trips require the students to bring their own lunch.
There are no actual deadlines, but some of the activities are on a first come, first serve basis. If too many students register for one event, a wait list will be created and students will be notified of their status via email.
There is no limit to the number of activities for which one person can register, but we ask that you only sign up for the activities that you plan to attend.
If you register for an event and realize that you will be unable to attend, we ask that you contact the department chairperson of that activity to notify them.
For the National Honor Society, participation in the E.L.I.T.E. Program does not count towards those requirements. Students will need to contact the advisors for all other honor societies for more details.
Yes, many of the activities are scheduled from 2:15 to 3:15 p.m. and our coaches are aware that some students may arrive late to a practice because of participation in an ELITE activity. We do not encourage students to select activities that conflict with games or tryouts. Additionally, many activities have been scheduled in between athletic seasons to minimize the scheduling conflicts.
