Beginning Wednesday, August 26 at 3:00pm, our district will be transitioning to Outlook email 365 for all teachers. Expect email to be down from 3:00pm on Wednesday, August 26 to approx.12:00pm on Friday, August 28.
Beginning Friday afternoon, August 28, if you wish to access email from home through Outlook Web Access(OWA), you will notice a new link entitled “Outlook 365” under the Staff tab via district website. The Outlook 365 link will replace the Staff email link. The one change to this is that you will be required to type in your full email address with your current username e.g. email@example.com. This will act as your username for Outlook Web Access 365. You will notice a slight difference in the look of OWA 365. Attached is the OWA quick user guide.
In addition, email to phone settings will need to be changed. The following includes the instructions for changing email to phone settings for iPhones and Androids.
