Q: I haven’t received a ParentSquare Activation Email, what should I do?
A: You may already have a ParentSquare account as a Parent or Staff member which is the main reason you have not received a ParentSquare Activation email. Try logging into ParentSquare with your associated email address and you may see your Bellmore-Merrick CHSD account under the Switch Account option: ParentSquare Sign-In

Q: How can I Combine and Merge ParentSquare accounts? How can I add another child to my account?
A: If you wish to add another child to your account, you will have to ensure we have your most up to date contact information and that you are associated with your child within Infinite Campus. ParentSquare will always reflect the most current information we have received from the Infinite Campus.

Q: If I’m a Parent and a Staff member of a school district, do I need seperate Parent and Staff Accounts?
A: Yes, if you are a parent and a staff member of any district that utilizes ParentSquare, you must have separate parent and staff accounts. These accounts can utilize the same email address but must have unique passwords.

Q: My email is correct in ParentSquare. Why am I not receiving emails?
A: Please check your spam to see if any ParentSquare messages ended up there, and mark them as "Not Spam." Also add donotreply@parentsquare.com to your email contacts so your server recognizes our messages. If you still are not receiving emails, please contact the Technology Department so we can assist you.
Q: How do I change my password?
A: Please go to ParentSquare Sign-In and click "Forgot Password." Put in your email or phone number and you will be sent a link to reset your password.
Q: English is not my first language. How can I receive content in my native language?
A: You can customize your language settings by going to "My Account" and clicking "Change This" under language settings. From here, you can choose any language you prefer from the drop down menu and you will start to receive content in that language.
